MOVE IN FEES:

• $65 for each applicant’s Credit, Landlord History & Criminal Background Check, $35 for each additional application.
• $30 for certificate of occupancy inspection performed by West Deptford Township.
• $50 apartment holding fee, which will be credited toward your 1st month’s rent.
• All application fees are non-refundable.
