  • One Bedroom:                        $845 to $945 (850 to 900 square feet)
  • Two Bedroom:                         $1,045 to $1,205 (1,100 square feet)

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, unless otherwise offered as a special.

SHORT TERM LEASES

6 to 11 month leases are available for an additional $50 a month.

Complete with furniture/houseware package and all utilities included.

PETS:

Cats are welcome – $20 a month and a $200 non-refundable fee due at lease signing
